Mrs. Kurokawa

Mrs. Kurokawa is the wife of Mr. Kurokawa who is Jiro's boss who works at the airplane factory. She also allows Jiro and Naoko to stay in their home when Naoko suddenly reappears to marry Jiro. She helps Naoko get ready for her impromtu wedding to Jiro when Naoko returns to finally marry Jiro. She is very happy for Jiro and Naoko and is fully aware of Naoko's tubercolosis always watching out for Naoko up until the day of the test flight.
