Kirari Mukai

Kirari Mukai is an esper and a former member of Claw who was the youngest member of the upper echelon called "Scar". Mukai is a little girl with ginger hair that she wears in an unusual combination of four braids and a bun, blue eyes with thick eyelashes, dots for eyebrows, and a scar on the left side of her face.
