Mukai

Mukai (無飼, Mukai) is an esper and a former member of Claw. She was the youngest member of the upper echelon called "Scar". Mukai is a little girl with thick eyelashes, dots for eyebrows, and a scar on the left side of her face. She wears her ginger hair in an unusual combination of four braids and a bun.
