Mukai

Mukai (無飼, Mukai) is an esper and a former member of Claw. She was the youngest member of the upper echelon called "Scar". Mukai is a little girl with thick eyelashes, dots for eyebrows, and a scar on the left side of her face. She wears her ginger hair in an unusual combination of four braids and a bun. She wears a pink shirt with white scalloped edges on the cuffs and collar, a light plaid skirt, tall socks, and black shoes. Mukai is upbeat and excited to find someone new to play with. She is very attached to her wooden puppets and gets very upset when they get damaged. She seems to be close to Tsuchiya.
