An inaccurate recreation of SWEETHEART, MUTANTHEART appears similar to her, but seems to be made entirely of slime, having many deformations. She also wears much plainer clothing than SWEETHEART. MUTANTHEART doesn't display much intelligence, only speaking out very simple phrases. In her battle, she does not pay attention to the fight itself.
