Natsuki Seba

Natsuki Seba was an employee of the Okutabi Lab as well as its latest and most successful test subject, he's also a student at the JCC. Seba was once a major antagonist in the Lab Arc, but he later on became a supporting character. He is the older brother of Mafuyu Seba. Seba is a fair-skinned young man with messy, black hair and black eyes with two moles on the right side of his face just below his eye and other on the left side.
