Neeya is the purple-haired woman in pink. Neeya the Ryvius's Sphix, and as such, shares a connection with the ship. She awoke when the Liebe Delta students were evacuated onto the Ryvius, and seems to just be learning how to be human. She seems to sense others' thoughts and repeat them or respond to them. She doesn't really understand emotions. A strange person in an equally bizarre outfit, she murmurs the thoughts and words of others as if not understanding what they mean.
