Neige was a mysterious and soft-spoken seer who loyally served Lord Darcia III. Although her history or relationship with Darcia was never fully revealed, it's apparent that they were close and he placed his trust in her. Aside from Hamona, Neige is the only other person Darcia appears to care for, as evident when he reacted with great concern upon seeing her injured and tortured at the hands of Lady Jagara.
