Nemu Aohitsugi

Nemu Aohitsugi is a member of the Party of Words, the Vice Chief of the Administrative Inspection Bureau, and the third member of of Kotonohatoh. Nemu has a shoulder-length white bob with side-swept bangs and hot-pink eyes with a cyan highlight at the top. She wears a hot-pink-lined, dark indigo service cap with a gold triangle bearing the Party of Words' logo in the middle, and gold rope across the brim.
