Noa Ushio

Ushio Noa is one of the students studying in Millennium Science School who wields a Handgun. She is the secretary of Seminar. She has a long white straight hair reached to her legs with straight short bangs, and has purple eyes. Her Halo resembles Yuuka's except that it's white on the outside and has an inner circle. Noa's uniform consists of white and blue low heel boots, black tights, a pleated white skirt and blazer with a tech adorned jacket hung over her arms.
