Noah is a bunny-eared girl gathering mana for some mysterious plan. She's very rude to Ribbon as she wasn't part of the plan. Noah has purple eyes and dripping, pale blue skin said to resemble a thick slime. Her long blue hair is worn in twin-tails held by pink leafy ornaments, and she has white bunny ears. She wears a torn looking bikini.
