Nobuchika Ginoza

Nobuchika Ginoza is a Special Investigator within the Suppressing Action Department of the Foreign Affairs Operations Department. Prior to this, he is an Inspector within Division 01 of the Criminal Investigation Department of the Public Safety Bureau. He is demoted to Enforcer after his Psycho-Pass rises to an unacceptable level after witnessing the violent death of his father, Tomomi Masaoka.
