Noel

Noel (ノエル) is a fellow student of the Academy Abel attends and is also a first year. She is a descendant of the Hero of Water. She is known as the "Ice Queen" due to her having an enormous amount of power but never interacting with anyone. It was said that no one ever saw her smile. She is the only member of the Ancient Magic Research Group, which Abel decides to join, interested in Noel's abilities.
