Noel Vermillion, also known as the Calamity Trigger, and the Eye of the Blue, is a former second lieutenant of the World Void Information Control Organization, who was a soldier in the 4th Magic Division, and a member of the Imperial Guards. She is a playable character in the BlazBlue series. Noel is a young girl with long back length blond hair (although she covers her hair in her blue balmoral cap, making it seem like she has short hair), and green eyes.
