Nokimi Mayutsubo

Nokimi is a trusted Confidant of Sohaku Kago. Despite having a different last name, Nokimi is a member of the Rikudou Family, which is a branch of the Kago Family. She seems to work for Sōhaku Kago and she is one of his trusted confidants; however, Jushi Mataza Tsumuji seems to indicate she is also important to the Executive Council’s plans as well.
