Norisaku Madoka

Norisaku Madoka, also known as The Daruma Sorcerer, was a sorcerer under the employ of Genichi Sojo who wielded the ability to create exploding Daruma using his spirit energy. He was tasked by Sojo to retrieve Char Kyonagi after she escaped with the help of her mother, but failed due to being defeated by Chihiro Rokuhira and was later executed by Sojo after his failure. He is a minor antagonist in the Vs. Sojo Arc. Norisaku was a tall man with dark colored hair styled like a flat top, and wore large ring-like earrings.
