Noa Hagino

Noa Hagino is a supporting antagonist in the Ranger Reject series. She is the current Pink Keeper, one of the five Dragon Keepers and the leader of the Pink Battalion. She previously held the rank of Third Class before taking up the mantle of Pink Keeper following Sesera Sakurama's absence. Noa has shoulder-length pink hair with white large streaks on the left-side of her hair. Her eyes are a shade of dark pink, and she has a distinctive heart shaped mark/tattoo on her right cheek, and she wears the standard Pink Battalion uniform outside of her Pink Keeper suit.
