Nosferata

Nosferata is a scheming vampire who sought to take control of the Wild Lands from Great Caesar with her vampiric brood. Like other Wild Landers, Nosferata was a product of experimentation by Project Moreau in the 1940. She lived in the caverns north of Great Caesar's realm Roam. She had occasionally allied herself with Killa and his Gorillas. One of their assassination attempts on Caesar was foiled by the newly arrived Superboy. She entered in a temporary alliance with Roam and positioned her agent Doctor Canus to research the strange boy. Superboy eventually lead a group of Wild Landers to the human world. With crown prince Tuftan removed from their realm, she ordered her underling Ratsputin to assassinate the king. Nosferata and Killa joined forces and invaded Hawaii. She explained to Tuftan that his father was dead, and tried to force him to abdicate, but he did not budge. He did however agree to a marriage pact, much to the shagrin of his lover, Tawna. Nosferate made Tawna her personal assistant and endlessly humiliated her, but it backfired - inspired by her experiences of the human world, Tawna started a resistance to overthrow the monarchy.
