Noto Izumi

Izumi was a cadet from a samurai family who attended an eishi training school in Kyoto, and was a classmate of Takamura Yui. A gentle person, and friends with Iwami Aki, Yamashiro Kazusa and Kai Shimako, she was often teased by Aki about her enlisted boyfriend in the Imperial Army, of whom she was very fond of. The mental blow from discovering that her boyfriend was killed during early days of the BETA invasion of Japan resulted in her later mental instability.
