Oboro Tsukimigusa

Oboro Tsukimigusa is a supporting character appearing in the Shimoneta series. He is a seemingly female school prefect trained by Matsukage Nishikinomiya to adhere to a strict moral code that mostly protects Anna Nishikinomiya from all potentially immoral influences. Oboro has a very feminine build with long black hair and black eyes. He wears a female uniform and pretends to be a woman as ordered by Matsukage Nishikinomiya to make his job easier as well as to prevent him from developing any feelings for Anna.

None. Oboro has been trained to like and dislike everything that Anna Nishikinomiya does, showing very little sense of self. In Episode 9, he stated that "if Anna thinks peppers are delicious, then I think they are delicious. If she thinks that pudding is disgusting, then I think they are disgusting...
