Ōchi Fukuchi Husbando

Ōchi Fukuchi is the captain of the Hunting Dogs special units. However, in reality, he is the leader of the terrorist organization, the Decay of the Angel, acting under the alias of Kamui. Fukuchi owns the ability named Mirror Lion. Fukuchi is a tall, middle aged man donning the army green Hunting Dogs uniform, which includes a standard military uniform, a long cape and tall black boots, complete with a military saber. He is usually not seen wearing the hat that accompanies the uniform. He has made alterations to his uniform, such as rolling up his sleeves and wearing white half palm gloves. He has a light, spiky hair with two strands falling in front of his face, along with an upwards mustache. On the left side of his face, his hairline forms a lightning bolt shape. He has vibrant purple eyes that appear to have wrinkles underneath them. His face appears to have a chiseled jawline, resulting in a square-like shape. On his right cheek are three distinct healed scars that almost resemble claw marks. During his teenage years, he wears a hakama with keikogi, the standard uniform for kendo. During the Great War 14 years ago, Fukuchi wore a standard military uniform, once again forgoing the hat that accompanies the uniform. Alterations to the standard uniform such as rolled up sleeves and wearing white half palm gloves were also made. The most notable difference in his appearance at this time is the lack of mustache and shorter hair. As a result of wielding the Holy Sword after piercing it on Bram Stoker, Fukuchi has a mark etched at the back of his hand, which in turn allows him to command and control Bram and other vampires to an extent. On the surface, Fukuchi has presented with an eccentric and boastful personality. He took great pride in the Hunting Dog unit's skills and reputation and seemed to enjoy the thought of "hunting down" criminals. He also showed a somewhat vulgar and shameless side to himself including doing disgusting things including farting, vomiting from drinking too much liquor, and stating he was still youthful by remarking his skin was still peachy on his behind. Despite this, he also showed examples of being a charismatic, charming leader who was able to heavily influence people of all kinds, leaving them in awe and wonder by his presence where they almost believe that they are dreaming. Fukuchi acts as a 'protector' of people, exuding an aura of a guardian, a source of comfort to Aya Koda who had been tormented by Saigiku Jōno. His true personality as Kamui, however, has proven to be darker and more serious than the personality he had been faking as the captain of the Hunting Dogs. As Kamui, Fukuchi still retains some of his laid back personality, however, he expresses bitterness in getting older admitting his drinking was a form of relieving his stress and he loathes that his hair is getting thinner. He also expresses relief that he will no longer have to fake such a tiring personality after the final step of the plan commences. In this personality, Fukuchi also acts more like a ruthless soldier as he challenged Atsushi Nakajima in combat with the full intention of eliminating him, though he still retains some form of honorable code as he also allowed him a fair chance between "fighting or dying" in order to grab the Page from his clutches.
