Oki

Oki is the current leader of the Order, the JAA's strongest group of assassins. During the majority of the story, he was overseas for an unspecified assignment. Oki is a tall middle-aged man with hollow cheeks, angular full-rimmed glasses, and black eyes with light eyebrows. He has black hair tied in two ponytails above one other, one high up and one at the back of his neck. He has a goatee and thin eyebrows. Like the rest of the Order, he wears a black suit with a rectangular, multi-colored patterned tie with an expensive watch on his left hand. He constantly has a tired expression.
