Oleander

Oleander is a character from the movie "Dead or Alive". She is introduced as a secret agent of the nation of Zufu and an informer for the State police, acting under the cover of a bar lady. She later becomes friend with Lupin III. Oleander is a beautiful young woman with short blonde hair, ice blue eyes and tanned skin. She's a strong character and rarely smiles, often being seen in a serious mood, and she dislikes smoking or seeing people smoke.
