An Arisen isn't married in the game. This could be because the character is customizable or because the creators though it didn't add to the storyline. There is an option, however, of having a beloved. The beloved is chosen by the Arisen after completing different questlines. Ethan is married to Olivia in the series. Her character is only seen in the first episode and flashbacks, but her death is the catalyst for Ethan's rage. The Dragon kills her before eating Ethan's heart and turning him into an Arisen.
