Oopa is a young girl from Jananda and a member of Tonari's group. Oopa has long dark hair and a bandanna that covers her right eye. She wears a long-sleeved, white shirt, a yellow jacket, and tan pants. Like all members of Tonari's group, she has a black cloth wrapped around her right wrist.
