Oratoria Belgam is a teacher at the academy that Haruto Zenfis is attending. A strict professor who is completely set on teaching Magical Attributes. She is always at odds with Tia's heretical beliefs seeing her as a bad example for students. Oratoria idolizes Weiss Owl's hypothesis of Hidden Attributes APPEARANCE She has long blond hair and amber-ish eyes. She wears a purple dress & long gloves with gold trim, a black belt, a red & blue cloak and a monocle over her right eye.
