A known underworld information broker and specialist for having vast information and knowledge on a number of subjects, she recruits Hei to take down the Section 3 convoy before he cuts off all contact with her. She is also known to the CIA, having met with one of their agents named Mr. Smith to locate Hei after he went rogue again.
