Otis Husbando

Otis is a student at Wellston Private High School and direct subordinate of Cecile for the Wellston Weekly. Otis is a student with pale lavender-blue hair. His hair covers up his golden left eye. His speech bubbles are the same color as his hair. Otis appears to be very loyal to Cecile. He is willing to visit her at the infirmary after her brutal fight against Joker. In contrast to his positive traits, however, Otis seems to share some of the bullying students views of looking down on the weak since he appears annoyed that a cripple (John) stumbled upon Cecile while she's recovering in the infirmary.
