Otohime

Otohime is the leader of Ryuuguu and was the first Izanagi test subject. She is often seen in a towering mechanical suit, and is shown to either wear a skin-tight body suit or nothing at all whilst in said mech suit. She is an overseer who seeks someone that has mastered using the Izanagi, so that she can bestow the Amanonuboko on them.
