Otome Tohoten

Otome Tohoten is the Prime Minister of Japan and the current leader of the Party of Words, as well as the leader of Kotonohatoh. Otome has a long midnight blue hime cut, with dark gray eyes that have green highlights. She wears a dark indigo capelet and open trench coat, both articles of clothing sporting pink highlights, all on top of a modest knee length navy blue skirt, and black kitten heels.

Otome is a gentle yet calculative woman who has been corrupted by her own goals, and has an iron grip of command on those around her. She’s cold hearted, but not entirely emotionless, as she’s kind to women, yet forbidding towards men. She will do anything to push her ideals.
