Otonoshin Koito is the Second Lieutenant of the 7th Division. Young and energetic, Koito is a talented but hotheaded man who puts all of his faith in Lt. Tsurumi and wants to become an exceptional soldier worthy of his family name. Koito is a tall, dark-skinned man of Hayato origin. He has dark slightly wavy hair with a purplish tint that is parted and slicked down to the left.
