Ottilie has red hair worn in curly pigtails adorned with black and purple butterfly hairclips and a black hair ribbon going across the top of her head, and has green eyes. Ottlie's eyes turn red when she activates her "Genocide Arts". She wears a white coat with black cuffs and a collar and dark yellow lining.
