Otto Moto

Otto Moto is a young boy who helped Roman chased Kaon in the start of the series.Otto is a young boy with blue hair and eyes. He wears a purple cape with a yellow tie, a black jacket with a white collared shirt underneath, white gloves, khaki shorts, white knee socks, and black boots. In Episode 6, Sogo forces him into wearing a spider-web like substance around his arms and face by spraying him with it. This restricts his movement and renders his speech muffled, as the substance is sticky and covers his mouth
