Ouka Ootori

Ouka Ootori is the primary female protagonist of the series. She was a former Dullahan of the Inquisition's EXE before her demotion had her sent back into the Anti-Magic Academy and assigned to the infamous 35th Test Platoon. She is contracted to Vlad. Ouka has long and bright sunset colored hair, and cobalt eyes. She is most often wearing the Academy green uniform, with high heel boots and hair let down.
