Oume

Oume is a supporting character in Hakuouki: Reimeiroku. She works at a tailor shop and visits the Rōshigumi headquarters to collect payment for their uniforms. Oume was the name of a woman believed to have been the mistress of the historical Serizawa Kamo. She was believed to have been killed alongside him in his bed. Oume has long, soft blonde hair and purple eyes. She wears her hair in what appears to be a French twist, with a few loose strands framing her face.

Oume is a gentle, polite, and soft-spoken young woman who is not afraid to show her tougher side and resolve when necessary.
