Pamela Noel is a 5000-year old terminal gynoid tasked by Doctor Regina Babylon to manage the Tower of Babylon. Her airframe number is 25. She nicknamed herself as Noel. Pamela Noel is a gynoid with amethyst-purple waist-long hair with two hairpins at shoulder long, white skin and a pair of golden eyes. She has a clump of hair resembling an ahoge on top of her head. When first appearing in the series, Pamela Noel is shown to be wearing a large pink ribbon on the white regular tunic with a black skirt and black tight. She walks around in open-heel slippers. Pamela is shown to be lazy and a sleepy head. She is also a glutton, eating anything that she gets while laying down. Her core personality that she inherit from the Doctor is sleepiness.
