Parca, also known as the Goddess of Fate, is the host of the Divine Selection. While she claims to be a Goddess, she expresses common human traits and shows them during the Divine Selection process. She only interacts with Rinka and the other participants within the strange dream world it takes place in. Unlike the participants, she can also move around freely in this space.
