Parm

Parm was abandoned as a young child by her father, Butter. Her past outside of her relationship with her father is unknown. Parm is a pale woman with wide hips. She has heavy-lidded yellow eyes, along with pink and violet striped hair that she wears in pigtails. She wears a plum colored, bell-shaped outer garment (that appears to be made out of a hard, sturdy material). Under the outer garment, she wears a leotard, stockings, flat shoes, and long gloves.
