Peltrola

Peltrola (ペルトロラ) is an Executive of the Villainous Army. They're assigned the codename "Rooster". Peltrola acts similar to a merciful god who wants to grant salvation, when in reality their form of "salvation" is just killing people. They considers themself a power of peace which extinguishes the conflicts of mankind from it's very stem, which in their moral position takes the form of ending them en masse.
