Penny Forrester

Penny Janice Winnie Forrester is one of the main characters of Disney's 2008 animated feature film Bolt. She is Bolt's owner and best friend who used to co-star with him in his titular fictional TV series. She also keeps being hindered by her agent from interacting with her pet, simply out of greed.
