Petri is a white mouse with large, round glasses that obscure her eyes. She has a blonde fringe across her forehead, and her nose and tail are black. The inside of her left ear is blue, while the inside of her right ear is red. She wears a doctor's coat with a black necktie. Without her default glasses, Petri has dark, half-opened eyes with black pupils, gray eyeshadow, and black eyeliner that makes a small wing.
