Pfeifer

Pfeifer is a witch and an upperclassman at the wizarding school. She has green hair with yellow highlights​ tied into twin buns and green eyes. She usually wears a standalone collar and the typical wizarding school uniform with very long, loose sleeves that often conceal her hands. She speaks in a very distinctive, almost theatrical manner.
