Phoebe is an adventurous tomboy, and the daughter of Barbara and Simon. Her carefree nature often worries her Father, as well as her tendency to spend hours up in the mines. She spends her days in the Upper Garmon Mine, looking for ores. She can often be found on the 5th floor, and you can first meet her here after ringing the Red Bell. Phoebe is very intelligent, and loves to invent things. She's always looking for an excuse to invent a machine to help others.
