Polly used to work for SEED, but decided to leave the organization to become an independent doctor because she could not conform to their culture. She comes and goes and takes all kinds of medical requests, including those from Muscipula. It doesn't matter who the patients are or what they've done, as long as they can pay her price, she will help them.
