Psykos is an esper, the military advisor of the Monster Association, and a former friend of Fubuki. She is one of the main antagonists of the Monster Association Arc. Psykos is a young woman with a curvy figure, long aqua-blue wavy hair, emerald-green eyes, and she typically wears glasses. Her meat puppet, Gyoro Gyoro, is an obese, slug-like monster with a single eye, no visible facial orifice, and eight arms protruding from its head.
