Once the Sect Master of the Ice Sect, Qing Ya would be forced to flee into the Starry Sky when the Bone Race suddenly awakened from thousands of years in slumber, and overwhelmed the Sect. Eventually, she would end up joining Scarlet Wave Star's Ice Heart Valley alongside Su Yan.
