Queen

The Queen is a character from the Adelaide Inn. She has short green hair. She announces the death of her husband and that for now on she will reign. She establishes new rules, new laws, new taxes. She also says that illegal activities conducts in the city will be considered as an act of rebellion. She seems to be a very arrogant a strict woman.
