Queen Celestia

Celestia is the Queen of the Frozen Continent and someone who Beatrix holds in high regards. Likewise, she appears to think quite highly of Beatrix. She's married to Azastral, the King of the Frozen Continent. Her official title appears to be the Goddess of Ice. While she's normally seen as someone who spaces out easily and not paying attention unless someone is actively speaking with her, she has shown to be very serious when discussing a topic she considers taboo.
