Raivis Galante (Latvia)

Latvia is a supporting character in the series Hetalia: Axis Powers. Latvia has short, curly blond hair and violet eyes. In his WWII appearances, he usually wears a maroon military uniform with brown epaulettes. The youngest of the three Baltics, he is described as a withdrawn crybaby due to the series of unfortunate events he's experienced in life. However, he is also said to have the potential to handle things easily. Latvia is called a "hidden genius" who manages to do things that seem impossible.
