Ran

Ran is a major antagonist of Hell's Paradise: Jigokuraku. He was a member of Lord Tensen and partial ruler of Kotaku who went by the moniker Imperial Monarch Cundi. Ran had golden eyes, eyelashes and long, dark hair that resembled long leaves and a white flower on the right side of his face. Two petals from the flower act as strands of hair, with one having a distinct appearance.
