Rei, also known as the Beauty with Twenty Faces and is the leader of the criminal courier organization Twenties. She is a curvaceous adult woman with sharp gray eyes very long and slightly spikey light brown hair with an ahoge, slicked back to show her forehead and styled into a ponytail, tied in two places, with a large black bow at the bottom. Rei appears to be proficient at disguising herself and sneaking into places, being capable of infiltrating Yubiwa Academy while dressed as a teacher. Additionally, she has stated that breaking out of prison is like a hobby for her, further showing her confidence in her abilities at stealth and camouflage.
