Rei Sakigake

Rei has long royal blue hair tied back by a white collar with a navy blue ribbon, and has cyan color eyes. She wears a medium purple top and matching color bottom worn under a white skirt that's held up by a large navy blue ribbon. Slate blue sleeves are worn around her arms as are white gloves with navy blue cuffs, medium purple stockings, and thigh high white boots.
